    Bring back and fix Scoremaggedon
Have a jump port in X-2 and X-5 and have the same matching format that is used in UBA so that a UFE can't jump into x-2 and pop everyone. Obviously, make the ports level based, but if a person pays to be UFE and is only lvl 10 (somehow), they should be sent to the x-5 map. If a person hasn't become basic FE by level 15, then they should be sent to the X-2 map. To add to the fun, chat should be disabled and names should be hidden. In a larger server, this would keep people from getting picked on if their name has a bad rep. In smaller servers, this will keep people from letting others kill them. The map should be the size of 4-4 - Radiation Zone should be a debris field instead. Maybe instead of 4-4 size, have the map enlarge for each player entry.

I would also call for a booster break. Boosters for HP, shield and damage wouldn't have any affect and the times on such boosters would not decrease for the duration a player is in the map.
Rewards would be for the top 10 in each company and the top 3 overall (who would be removed from the top 10 of the company and given their own rewards).

  2. I would go just a little different than you. Whether level 15 is FE or not should not matter, lazy people should not be able to be rewarded with lower map battles. Ship Warp, ALL Boosters, PET and Drone Formations should all be removed from the Arena. The Radiation Zone would be a MINE field like in Pirate maps except closer together and respawn as quickly as the are destroyed so as to prevent the hiding in the zone to win by being the next to last person to be able to 1v1 the actual winner.

UBA uses a system that places people of equal strength against each other. Putting a player that is lvl 15+ and less than a basic FE or even just FE against UFEs would mean they can't participate in the event because they have no chance at killing anyone. If you remove drone formations, you remove a large portion of PvP. Also, if the only winner is the person at the end, then the people who got group killed are going to feel very cheated. I like to keep the event totally player controlled. DO-placed mines seem too tedious and might also bring more lag since you need enough to fill an entire rad zone + immediate respawn.

Scoremaggedon is an event where players use to search maps and whichever player obtained the most kills without losing all of their lives won the event including the top 50 (Maybe it was 100, it's been gone for so long) players (1, 2-3, 4-10, 11-20, 21-50 or something like that, increasing rewards the higher on the leader-board you were).

Making Scoremaggedon the way I have, the event maintains the need skill. It also creates a similar feel to that of the old Scoremaggedon while removing all of the reasons DO had to get rid of it (pushing kills, cheating by letting others kill you and a few others that slipped my mind). It gives players room to fly and face players as they come. More can participate in the event and more will want to participate. They can fly back in whenever they choose and until they run out of lives (or DO can remove the lives and just let it be an opportunity for constant fights). They have breathing room and, at the same time, it's a constant rush. The more players, the bigger the map to allow players to have space to PvP rather than being cramped by mines and other fights. A larger map with fights out-of-screen will also reduce any lag a smaller map with as much PvP going on would cause.

Players will only engage in 1v1 battles and here's why. Players will only get points for the kills they receive, meaning group kills will only give points to a single player, the original player to shoot. Players won't risk their HP and shield in a group situation, instead they will wait. If they see a 1v1, a player would wait for one to die then move in to kill the weakened survivor. If they don't wait and speed up the process, the would-be survivor won't be as damaged and have a higher chance at killing you and you have a higher chance of being damaged by the person about to be killed.
