  1. Hi,

    I have been playing for a while and never had this problem before. Now that my new server is merged I have problems in the Auction House.

    The bids I made I can't see the winnings. It doesn't show up at all. Its not in my emails nor in my inventory. I refresh, log off/log in, close everything, reopen up everything, and restarted my computer. Nothing seems to help now. It is lost in space. It does show up right away, and it takes a long while HOURS. Like after several bids cycles.

    The box at the bottom is clicked for Confirmation Message, and I do get message that I have been outbid right away. When the clock count down to 00:00 I do not receive any message if I won. It was working before the merger, but not it is not.

    I haven't done anything to my settings, and I don't know if there are setting to change to stop this from happening.

    Please look into this and help me fix it on my end or your in.

    WarriorAngus I had that same problem when I was part of the last Merger Test ... Since the test only lasted about a week the loading and messaging confirmation also was affected. This test began [​IMG]

    There were so many issues during this test merger that the test got reset because of account lockouts and bidding and the same problems
    you are experiencing now ... The issue is in the Script that DO is using for the merge. DO will have to come back and re-code the script for further merges . As far as I can see DO may do a "Patch Script"

They have several issues that need to be addressed but as always they are going to WAIT till all server mergers are completed before addressing the ELEPHANT in the room that they really do not know how to fix some items and are hoping the release of the download program will fix everything, yeah I don't believe it either.

    With this issue being related to the merger of your server I might suggest sending a ticket to support so they can make sure the Dev Team knows there is an issue with the imported accounts and Auction, again temper the frustration or the request/information will just be circular filed instead of being passed on to the proper people.
