[GI] Black Load Screen

My ingame DO game screen is black and stays black forever. Right click on it it says movie not loaded... This is weird because I have tried basically every single thing and it still dont work, yes flash is up to date and yes chrome is up to date. Also I can watch youtube videos just fine but yet it says movie not loaded on my DO screen. Also I have tried switching browsers to opera, but it keeps referring me to adobeflash download page, eventho I already have flash. And even when I do try to install flash it says initialization error. PLEASE help because I'm so flipping mad rn, first this happened on my win10 after wasting 2 hours nothing happened so I played on my win7 and now this issue is happening there.

A simple browser change may help or if you want to stick with Chrome you may need to go into the browser settings to allow flash/java to be recognized. Below is an example using Opera browser; As stated above you may need to do this with every page you experience the issue.

This works only until the browser is closed. The version before current one allowed setting permanent exceptions just as shown in the image above. That behavior is changed and the site has to be allowed to run flash content after every browser restart.

Flash was always enabled by me. Also I have tried switching to opera except when it prompts me to download flash i get "application intialization error" so I cant download flash and use opera.
