[GI] USA EAST 3???

hello, so i had a pretty stacked account on east 3 but i havent played do in about a year. so i logged in a few days ago and i dont see east 3 on the server menu? why is that? i messaged support and they told me its due to the server merge but i should still be able to go onto east 3. does anyone know how to? i cant seem to find it, thanks!

If you do not see that option, you may not have an account there.

I don’t have east 3 even though I spent years on that server? I had over 40 billion exp and sent hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars on that account? I don’t understand why I can’t login. This is the exact same account.

 

Are you sure that you didn't have another login? Some players have multiple logins while others use one to log into multiple servers?

 

yes i am 100% sure this is my one and only login.

 

when you logged into this server, was it like starting a new account(phoneix ship)???
if so, then you know not to try that server again.

i also played usa3 but the address bar said us4.darkorbit..etc... even though it was called usa3

to be honest, the servers you played should be in blue letters, and the ones you didn't try yet should be pale white.

 

no when i loggin into west i had a goli with a few flax drones, as it was when i left off back in 2016. i still see the servers i screwed around on i just cant get onto east 3, my cousin also has the same problem but he actually sees east 3 but it goes to a black screen when he tries to join. hopefully i get this all figured out, i spent so much time and money on that server ( also idk why but when i do log into east 2my username says us3_ in front on my name)

 

UPDATE: so apparently my other account had a very similar name which was ΞЯλŞΞЯ[EAC™], not ΞЯλŞΞЯ™[EAC]. but anyway i tried the forgot password link and its not sending to any of my emails. i made this account a very long time ago so i dont know if its sending to an email i no longer have access too or someone has stolen my information. but regardless is there any way for me to recover my lost account at all?
