[GI] spining gate too fast error

WHEN I MANUALLY CLICK GALAXY GATE TOO FAST I GET A CONNECTION ERROR PLEASE FIX

 

This happens for me on my GE5(ge4,gb1/2) account and JUST on this server.

It's going on for months already...

I also play on DE1, Skandi, GE1...so with numerous accounts and I just get this error on GE5.

 

i think we have the same cause they renewed their certificate no mods is answering me plus i got banned from their discord for tagging a mod ? lmao so i cant help it

yes i am still having this issue can your please resolve this i havent been able to do gates effeciently enough

Hi,

We tested the issue and did not receive the error message. The issue may be on your end or your internet connection.

I would suggest, especially if using wireless, to make sure no other computer is connected to your modem when playing DO.

-AND-

You have no other apps, especially music playing.

i was able to replicate the bug in 2 mins i pressed the galaxy gate as fast as i can and it stops like *** i donot have this in my gb2 server account but only in global europe 5 account please dont tell me its music or wireless connection cause i use a ethernet connection to my pc through a port so please ............

 

It is more than likely your Internet issue. I have tried, and faced no issues.

Mind you that your physical location and distance from the game server affects your connection strength.

 

Ehd did you test with an account based on ge5 ?=
Just this seems to be the problem.
After merging, ge5/4,gb1/2 are one single server, still the issues just appear on accounts which are originally from ge5...

It is the same for me, connection issues with the server when you click multiple things in short time (eg. gate spinns, building several techs in a short time etc.)

As I already wrote, to make our point more clear again:
This issues just happen on accounts based on ge5.
When I do the same on an account based on gb1/2, ge4 (same merged server) no issues appear...which in my opinion disproves the point of problems on our side.

Also I don't have this issue on accounts originally based on ge3,de2/3,ge1,hu1...

Another test by others would be ninice, just make sure u test with acc based on ge5...

Can a mod please use a specific ge5 related account and report back using generic account doesnt work has to be global europe 5 and maybe be compensated regarding this issue has not been fixed over the weekened which is a JOKE

What is the big deal? And what is the rush ? Why do you have to "press to GG as fast as I can?" Slow it down and resolve what appears to be a none issue.

 

Here is a fix i just thought of, maybe how about don't click so fast. I assume your one of these players that are in a hades group and they kick you from the group cause it takes 15 min or more to spin 1 hades gates @ 1 at a time? Also I will say it WHAT"S WITH ALL THE CAPS?
