[TI] Instant deaths from mine and Ice Rockets

There's a bug that's being exploited at the moment where you mine right after ice rocketing another pilot and they will instant die regardless of the mine damage.

Think it's quite important to fix this Bigpoint.

 

Talk about something to test out.

 

Perhaps you have met stacked mines...

Also you can always dodge a mine/several ones with ish.

And finally you need to perfectly time the ice swell as the guy being attacked needs to not notice the mine for 2-3 seconds as ice freeze is way shorter than the 5 seconds which the mine needs to become active.


I just can say I didn't see this issue and I had group fights with mines just yesterday.
