[TI]unable to connect to game screen

I have been unable to make connection to game screen. this stemmed from trying to gate from 3-7 to 3-8 which was stuck for over 15 mins with just the gate animation going so I tried to relog.. after relog it will not connect to game screen. this has me locked out for hours now, I tried all browsers and the results are same. tried rebooting pc, restarting modem, everything and still unable to get to game screen.
I am on global America 2

Thank you PSK~SUNDANCE for assisting the user with their concern. Are you still experiencing this issue or have you the original poster contacted Support?

 

When this happens again it's cause they seem to be delayed on fixing the game, since they updated the pet and totally made a mess of it the game has been doing this same thing to many players including me. Believe it or not it is simply that portal lag sometimes it takes a full minute to jump if your impatient and X the page out thinking it's lag you now have to go to your hanger and change to another ship relog ans ship warp back to that ship that is stuck jumping.

 

Closing as OP is non responsive to Mod.
