On the US West server the amount of Promerium that the skylab is producing per day is only about 1/3 what it should be. Looking at how to other servers at identical levels produce far more per day. This has been going on for several months.
In US1 and GB1 when looking at storage The Promerium shows +351 and Seprom +173 coming across yet on US2(west) it shows Promerium +171 and Seprom +171. Both us1 and GB1 produce enough Promerium that I can sell 8000 a day and have my storage refilled for the next day. US2West this is not the case and the amount going to storage is approximately 1/3 the other 2 servers are getting the overall supply becomes exhausted and replenishing takes a few days. I have sent notes to support explaining the problem in detail, and the response I get is basically, "There is nothing wrong", everything is fine, and like the captain on the Titanic said to the passengers, "Nothing to worry about, We're just stopping for ice.

Please don't close this because player mentioned contact with support. Would be nice to know if any other players have noticed this as well.

  3. I have seen this before. To fix I turned all collectors except Prometium, until it was fully charged, then turned each other one back on in order and letting each get charged up fully. Output slows when they are less than fully charged. Hope that helps.

There are several things that can be done to bring everything up to maximum, but it should not be happening in the first place, the us2 servers has the wrong amount of ore being processed as compared to other servers, only about 1/3 of what should be coming across daily
is reaching storage. very simply from my standpoint, someone altered the setting in the program several months ago. I know this for a fact as I've played these three servers for years and everything was working fine until a few months ago. you can see by looking at storage ang looking at the amount reaching there and for the Us2 server the amount as compared to the other two servers is only 1/3 of what is coming across on us1 and GB1. all that needs to be down is tweak the settings back to what they should be to relieve the problem

Come on Big Point, I told you what the problem is and where in the program to look, its over two weeks now and I've heard nothing. This is not rocket science.

I know in the total scope of things its not really a big deal, but its over a month now and absolutely nothing has been done.
So has any headway been given here???

    Hello Barracuda,

As stated above by FM_SirThrills, the issue is being looked into. Until now we have not heard back from the team regarding this concern.

You should also check the amount of Prometid too, it seems to be stuck at 548,679 and wont go any higher, even though stated maximum is 998,703
