[TI] Hanger issues...

First, let me make this clear........this issue is NOT on my end. It's on Bigpoints end.

Every time I go to the hanger to equip, remove, change. etc the page freezes and I have to reload the client.
If I try to add something it will suddenly freeze and I have to shut down the client and reload it again, again, again and again.
It's taking me so long to make any changes in the hanger.

Anyone else having this issue and if so, what are they going to to about????

If you are having issues with page freezes, the most common resolution to try is to clear your cache. (Settings -> Clear Cache on the client, then restart the client)

I tested locally on my account clicking items back and forth between my ship and inventory as fast as possible to test latency and response to clicks to try to replicate the issue, but wasn't able to

 

Um, I just said this issue is not on my end. I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this.

For me, this happens anytime I try to do anything in the hangar through the client. IT IS NOT ON MY END so doing anything on my end does not work which means it is the game. I still cannot get and answer or if it will ever be fixed.

Still having this issues. Having to shut down the client and restart it every time I go to the hangar.

I have been able to replicate the issue locally, could you let me know if this is what you are experiencing?

- Open Hangar
- Go to equipment page
- Scroll Up / Down a number of times -> I was seeing it freeze
- Equip / Unequip items a number of times -> Also freezing

One quick-fix I found was to click whatever tab was active (Ship/Drones/P.E.T), which would unfreeze it for a short time again.

I have reported it up to the dev-team

 

Yes, this is what I am experiencing frequently.

 

This happens to me also but it's when i open the assembly tab and assemble something either the game freezes and i have to relog everything or i craft something and have to relog each time to accept it when it's ready as it freezes once the item is crafted.

 

yes having this to. also freezes in gates ive lost lifes so games bad to play if i cant do gates and gate in pass if it freezes then thats it. paid for pass as well

 

As this has been reported and OP confirmed this was the issue, I will go ahead and close this thread now.
