[TI] Chromin Limit & Refund Request

I was not aware there was a Max Limit or what the max Limit was before purchasing the Chromin. I bought $200 worth of Chromin. How do I go about refunding the access purchases. I am willing to return al the credits I was given instead of the Chromin.

Also, I suggest making the limits well known to the buyer while they are buying the product. As well as prevent users from buying excess Chromin when they are going to go over the cap. Example, if I have 0 Chromin before buying. The limit should be 3 purchases. The extra 2 purchases will be a waste of money.

Although there is a chromin amount on top of page where it tells you the amount you are able to have at one time you should have spent some on your purchases before you went over, I hope your able to convince them to refund you or allow you to spend the chromin you have and restock it for you if that was your intent. Good Luck support is tough to deal with now compared to the past.

 

That feature that tells you the limit I learned about it 2 days after I bought it. It was hidden in the UI of the game for me and wasn't intuitive. There are 3 ways I know of to begin the purchase of Chromin, out of the 3, only 1 shows you the limit and how much you have. The other 2 are just banners that tell you that you can buy Chromin.

If anything, all 3 banners should tell you the limit and how much you have, the purchase process should tell you the limit and how much you have, and the system should prevent you from buying too many packs that would render the purchases useless.
