    Hi,
Permit / Plus Permit Electronic permits required for Retriever Dispatches.

Permits can be obtained through events or by dispatching certain Retrievers. The Retriever Dispatch feature allows you to send Retrievers to distant galaxies to collect resources. You can select a Retriever from the available list and dispatch it for a specific amount of time. However, you need enough available dispatch slots. Additional slots can be purchased using Uridium.
