    My friends launcher keeps crashing and we can't figure it out. He has a GTX 1650 gpu and a ryzen 5 3600 cpu. We tried administrator mode, redownloaded, graphic drivers.

    Hello @1tzJordee ,

    Does their client crash before login, on login, post login, on backpage, loading game map, or when the game map is loaded?

    If it's occuring after or on login, try to clear the client cache (Settings -> Clear Cache)

    Update: There is a known issue with certain AMD drivers, if using AMD software try to rollback to a previous version

    same here
    cant launch game from daily reward
    it is all getting black

    Use an egg, then warp, it's the only way around it, like on March event last week!

    Same here. Game client launches, it opens, then closes on its own (screen stays white). It's been doing this beginning Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022. uninstalled client, then reinstalled, no difference.

    Fixed!!! Reinstalled 22.5.1 driver version for Radeon(TM) RX 460. All good!

    Same problem , i look for driver version 22.5.1 but if i instal that i cant play other games.

    I've asked for an update on any progress on resolving this issue and passed along the note that using 22.5.1 causes issues with other games. We'll let you know here in the forums if we are notified of any changes or updates on this.

    I also am having a StackHash_fd6c white screen on load then crash also have a amd Ryzen 7 5800x3d and a amd Radeon rx 6950 xt , I am curious if their are any fixes yet

    I have not played since 2018 or so, and today that I finally had a chance I got this same issue. It seems it only happens for AMD Graphics. Is there any solution for this?

    I'm not willing to downgrade my driver as I play other games.
