constant connection problems

    why is it that we keep losing conn yet all the npcs are unaffected fed up of dying due to conn problems ive paid for the use of a honour day booster but cant get any worth out of it b4 it runs out because we cant get on or lose conn 5 mins of being on ,if a glitch appears which ppl may exploit its shutdown or patched in a day or two but this conn prob has been going on for at least 6 months or so is there anyone capable of giving us answers other than clear your cache

    Hey there, the connection problems are an ongoing issue, and has been reported, but we have no further information unfortunately.
