double quest rewards

    Hello, guys! When starting in a new server why is the option to buy double quest rewards no longer available?

    You have to get to level 6 and die. You cannot receive the offer before level 6, or after level 8. If the offer doesn't show up, die again and eventually you will find the one for double quest rewards.
