    So, I was wondering do the Peacemaker, Sovereign, and Vanquisher still give 7% damage boost against other factions?


    I know it says it but there have been lots of times I have wondered if it was nerfed.

    I had never seen any either, but when using it, sometimes it seems the boost was in the other direction. I stopped using them for a while but now have started again and remembered wondering about it. I know in this day of Cyborg, Orcus, and Modules, it may not seem like much but everyone needs a start point.
