    I heard some rumors that do is testing an application is it truth ?

    There is no word yet on when an official application may be coming, if one does come your best bet is to keep an eye on Official Announcements and Tech Announcements forums.

    It will be a client app or like a browser cuz that is what I heard XD.

    We currently don't know if an app will be released via desktop or browser, however should an announcement occur we will most likely be told then.
