    Probaly next year (January the 4th). Along with the new ICE designs. It might be earlier though.

    Hello iNSANE(BG),

    Thank you Bakjam for assisting the user with their concern. There will most likely be an announcement regarding the design being available. We Moderators are regular players as well and we have to wait for the day it's on sale/out. We currently do not know when the Surgeon Design will be available, but there is word on UnOfficial DarkOrbit Revealed on Speakers Corner that it may be available when Assembly comes out.
