bigpoint you can nerver the boxxes , like you did today ..but solving issues as give the player what he paid for .. offcourse you wont fix that ...

i paid 10 bucks for the new 100 % boosters , which dont work ..

i have enough resourses to craft a new lf4 ...guess what that also dont work

my question to bigpoint developers , do you even know what work is ?


do i get a refund on my money spend , cause i paid for something you did NOT deliver ..thats a scam !!

I was hoping for some fixes too.

Well. The boosters I bought for event for Money. Did not work. Will there be a refund? Or boosters given for free?
As I got not thing for what I paid.

Then bought some uridium that gives me 5 days EP boost 50% nothing like never happened.

Yesterday tried to get some gates done that I prepared during the week. Guess what done just 1. As it was so laggy I could not risk any more. Died in it 2 times. bought extra life for 10k uri. And al this for 2 hours to try do one gate with UFE account and Best AMMO.

Wrote to support nothing.

I am sure that the employees that work there, they do work. But Do you guys have enough of them. As this weekend was a masses of failures and BUGs and fixes needing to be made.

Thank you SmieBOX for assisting the user with their concern. These issue are currently being looked into and some fixes have gone live, however there are still some hotfixes that will be sync'd during the week. Dark Orbit will talk about compensation if they want to or need to. Until then this is off the board.

If that is the correct userID you do not have enough logdisks/files to craft an enhanced LF4. Have not checked you resource count.

 

How is taking away the box double from event boxes a fix?? They weren't that great before, now they just stink.
All you did is infuriate me and everyone else who bought the doubler only for this purpose.

Cancelling my credit card details and all subscriptions permanently. Possibly forever. Bye BP.

Edit: Blah Blah Blah already cancelled everything and not paying a dime more pass it along.

It was never intended for Boxing Doubler to work on the Event Boxes. The developers are looking for a way to proceed with this. As stated above, if the developers feel compensation is needed they will address it. Until then this subject is answered.

Since when ? I have purchased box doublers many times in the past just for events.
I am aware that for certain boxes, booty boxes, certain drops now
need new items, keys, or to be assembled and that a new doubler also exists
but the old doubler always worked on past event boxes.
I believe that there are a large amount of complaints in the
forums in regards to just that subject in past events. I"m not
trying to argue only wanting to be certain so as to lessen any misunderstandings
on my part and/or BP./ D.O. so in that vein which boxes do the standard Doublers
work for/on ??

 

Please excuse my wording. The Boxing Doubler was not intended to work with These event boxes.

 

my main concern of this topic is ..i paid for something i didnt get ... that not allowed according any sale rules ..so either you fix it , or give me my money back
