[GI] Alien protocol + Kamikaze

    Dumb question, but does the alien protocol effect kamikaze?
    And if it does, would it be worth it to get a couple so that during crazy cubes I can 1-hit all prots?

    The short answer is no. Bio is for ship only. Though it would be nice.

    I'm talking about alien protocol in the shop under AI protocols.

    Ah, I misread, and can not answer. I would think yes but have not heard of anyone doing that combination, but it could be a possibility. Most all protocols help a gear depending on the combination but I am thinking its something to test before going all out for 12.

    Reading in the >FAQ< you will see this information about the Alien Protocol;

    The alien protocol increases the PETs damage towards NPCs by a certain percentage, the percentage is dependent on the level of the protocol that is installed.
    Note: The damage increase pertains to the PETs lasers and not the kamikaze gear.
