[GI] All Event's not working

Says it's MHH well check uridium page and no MHH, says it's Kronos Event i did 2 lambda and only got 2 parts. Say's it's special rewards and got nothing for both lambda gates. And timer as we all know is still wrong. Just a few issues to sort out so i will guess double gg will be a bust again also.

This issue has been forwarded and we are awaiting feedback from Support and the Developers on how they would like for us to handle the situation for the affected users. The server migration time issues are still lingering and thus the Mega Happy Hour/ Kronos event etc schedules have been a bit off.

Pay attention to the fact the USA servers are no longer on the time zone time, so all events end much earlier than we are used to. USA West day ends at 1700 not 2400. MHH happens at 1200 not 1900.

 

It would help if you announce what time they actually gonna be held. They are not at the announced time and they are not at the wrong time you show, even if your site show, they are in progress. I accidentally stumbled at space ball hours after its scheduled time. I checked many times for Friday upgrading event and didn't see any Ice Meteroid today.

 

ALL times have always been at SERVER TIME (used to be Local for server) and now it is not coordinated with the Local Server Time Zone, compare you time to the clock on main page of Back Page.

 

Then it is really simple. If just administrator announce how many hour I should add or subtract for each server would be temporary acceptable.

 

You don't need the admin for that. Look at the Server time the event is suppose to happen, and look at your clock. The servers have players all over the world. We have had to do that anyways and pretty much do it absentmindedly, I know I do. Our problem is since we have programmed ourselves for server time, we didn't realize the server time kicking us in the rudder. At any rate, since they already tell us what time an event is, we have to adjust ourselves until they *Fix The Server Clock.*

 

It's not so simple. The events are not held at the time announced. For example Space Ball was in reality 3-4 hours later, then the proper server time for east 2 server and about 6-8 hours after it was running by the back page.

 

I tried to tell them that but they don't want to understand i will just have to wait for BP to fix it thanks. For instance today it read icy meteors well i stayed on for 3 hours never saw even 1 so i'm just suppose to guess when there on now. Enjoy

 

Were you looking for icy according to the server time that the server is actually on, or the time it is normally on? You see what I am saying?

 

No, I don't. "time that the server is actually on" is the time when the Ice Meteroid actually fly and can be shot. Obviously he was not there at the time. On US east servers the meteorit fly from 10 or 11 pm to 1am EST. 3 hours after the time it is normaly on and about 6 hours after the back page show the Ice Meteroid event is running.

 

I play on East and West servers and both servers are running at the same time interval NOT 3 hour difference and events are running 4 and 7 hours BEFORE they should be because of the server time not being what we are used to. West Coast an event set to run at 7pm is actually running at NOON Pacific time, on East coast time at 3PM and seen on BOTH Servers at the same time. no matter where you are logging in from.

Look at the clock on your wall and compare it to the clock on the main page (after sign in), make the appropriate adjustment then look for the event at the adjusted time, and remember the server is changing date much earlier than it is supposed to.

 

At 3 PM East Coast Time on east servers, you may see at backpage the event is on, but its false. On the maps there was no Ice meteroid at the time. Did you actually shot any?

 

I find it difficult enough to just do TRANSFERS lately. The LAG I see is so bad it take 3 minutes to complete a 1 minute transfer. And to lock anything we both have to be sitting still. Total waste of my time to try to do any EVENT.
