    Guys , I don't know why this messages appears but on my chat , this message appears and I don't know what to do , I can carry on playing the game as usual but no chat please help?

    It happens occassionally to all of us; just log back in the client and you'll be fine

    this happens when screen is left un attended for a good while all you need to do is try and relog if that dosent fix the problem in a couple of attempts contack support

    We apologize for the delayed response. Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their issue. Will ask if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried using different browsers or it may be you need to ensure that both your Flash & Java players are up to date as well to clear your cache, including Flash & Java caches. Ultimately if you should still experience this issue you will need to Contact Support.
