[GI] auto lock

whats happening to the game, just been defo auto locked on 4-2 by a player, locked me from the port in the middle i was sitting on base no way on earth could i have been locked from that far away but sure enough a red dot appears then comes in to try to pop me, guys at do, u really do need to stop this because u can release all the new stuff u want but if u dont stop the cheats the game will die

 

i agree happens all the time to me especially them in the top 50 ranks its a disgrace

We do understand your frustration with bots/cheats however i'm afraid there is not much we can do about it here on the Forums or Chat regarding this issue. We know it's not what you want to hear, but Bots and any Third-party script will be detected by the scripts run by support, and from there any users who were detected shall receive the appropriate punishment. Video/screen shot's are not accepted as "evidence".

The main reasons for this is;
a) Support scripts provide a fair single playing field.
b) Video evidence is not always conclusive and can be deemed unreliable.
c) The volume of reports would be unmanageable unlike a script which can do all the work.

This does not mean that support does not accept video evidence entirely, support will still accept video evidence for other issues (e.g. showing an exploit, showing a bug/glitch etc.), and in the case of screen shots Support encourages screen shots when reporting issues from chat or here in the Chat Board.

Only when the Detection system has a chance to obtain evidence that shows the user(s) botted without a questionable doubt and is detected for using illegal programs their account will be terminated.
