[GI] Automatically logged into wrong server and bought item.

    A few days ago I bought the Pusat Design Pack for $16.99, but then I realised that the game has automatically logged me into the wrong server. I'm playing on East Coast 2 but for whatever reason, the game automatically logged me into Global America 2. Could you please transfer that design pack to my East Coast 2 server please? I'm writing here as I contacted support and they haven't replied in 3 days.

    I dont think they can transfer the design. But they could refund it back to your credit card/PP account i guess. If you already told support then all you have to do is wait

    Put in a support request. And watch your logins for now on.

    bah, just reread your post. Its the weekend, it takes more time for them to respond. Also did you put it into payment support or general. The right support helps.
