why my new avatar are not showing ?

Make sure your avatar is following the requirements if it's not then your avatar will be not shown.

Make sure your avatar have supported image extensions, if your avatar doesn't follow this requirement it will not show, hovever it may be also because your image is too large.

 

my avatar is jpg , and have 115 x 125 pixel

 

Try to upload image that is at least 200x200 pixels. That is recommended size for avatars.

By "115x125" sounds like you're referring to the avatar picture on the backpage/game, not the forums. Avatar pictures not showing on quite a few places on the backpage has been an issue for quite a while, that seems still isn't fixed*. For example the picture on the "main page" of the backpage just looks like this:



If this isn't what you're referring to then would be a good idea to explain more in depth to what you mean. For example if you actually get an "error" copy/paste or show a screenshot of it, of course size limit error is self explanatory so I'm assuming it's not that. (of course on backpage/game: 15KB, forum: 39.1KB)


*Well unless I'm somehow missing or doing something wrong, but I at least don't think so. >.> (it seems this effects at least more for certain avatars that have been changed, although if haven't seems you then can't see it in other places that can see it on instead if changed it lol(for example that little box that shows when click on someones name on top users etc))

Sorry for the delay in responding.
As stated this is a known error. It generally fixes itself at server restart.

Unfortunately this is a know issue that has been lingering for a few months now. It is pretty low on the priority list at the moment. We know it is not what you want to hear, but thats where the issue is and hope to have the issue fixed through a sync sometime.
