[GI] Backpages not working?

Anyone else having issues on uswest server with a real slow page change and pretty much unworking backpages? Nothing is working can't get to lab, auction, hangers even the shop. Can't spend my uri.

well that just work, maybe even this.

 

Day 3 still have backpage issues. No one else? Just me? Support had do the clean up but that did nothing to fix. Looks like I'm being drop by the server when using the backpages.

 

I had this problem butt it went away after a day, just did not play..USA east

 

Been having it for over a week now, makes the game completely unplayable;Another thing is refractions seems to behave the same way - I keep getting disconnected and practically cannot do anything there

Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. Could you please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue after a clear cache and clear flash? Trying different browsers may help the situation you are having.

@Deter since the upgrade to the secure server there have been issues with the login, back page, and Start loading. I created another thread dealing with how it sucks. I have still had these issues even after clearing/deleting everything and using 4 different browsers. I am still doing a quick login to transfer from Skylab (used to do it from work during break) now I have to hide doing it from my desk as it is taking me several "refresh" screens to get pages to change or clicks to actually load up properly, login in, refresh, accept daily bonus, refresh, skylab, refresh, start, close pop up, start, wait for page to load, sell, wait for PET cooldown, logout maps, send ore from skylab, refresh, refresh, refresh, verify transfer sent, logout, refresh, refresh, refresh, back to login page (not the logout page) shut down browser. This was about a 60 second process now is 5 - 10 minutes depending on how long I wait before hitting the "refresh" to try to get the next page to load or how many times it takes to get the Map page to start to load (white page up to 4 times in one sign in) and found out the refresh on this page does nothing for you have to actually re-enter the page from the START button.

Just for the record I have even removed and reloaded all 4 browsers I use (Firefox, Maxthon, Chrome, and Opera) checked Java and Flash for current status and still have the same issues all the time.

 

clearing and refreshing did nothing. today it seams a little better but not gone.

 

Could you please let us know which server and browser you are experiencing this issue with?

 

I have cleared and tried all browsers and its the same way ever since the http: . Its not only me you can watch US West chat and everyone is and has been talking about. Page wont load, press stop and then press reload and 6 out of 10 times it will load but not like it should I should not have to reload every time I change to a different tab, ie:skylab,main page, hanger etc...

 

yes since update to https: the backpage always loading and stops and freeze but yesterday its starting okay..using chrome..

 

first day this week I even get to the forums....usa west firefox,,tried all the usal fixes

 

same seems like they fixed the issue. today looks good. we will see about in a day or two.
