[GI] Banned?

    Hello all,
    My DO account was banned a few days ago and I still have yet to hear back from support.
    First off, I have never used a bot, the very thought of it sickens me.
    I love this game and have put a lot of money into my account for the purpose of not having to use a bot.
    Anyway, I'm keeping it together right now, but am absolutely livid.
    I cannot believe they treat their clients like this, especially the ones who invest more money.
    I have a feeling that the response they are going to give me will be, "Darkorbits Bot ban accuracy is 100%".
    BUT ITS NOT!!!
    I know none of you can talk to support for me, but I need suggestions, is their anyway to get my account back or even just some money back?
    Or will I have to call a lawyer to sort this out, a valid option in my mind.

    EDIT: Also, I don't even know enough about computers to run a bot, or how to prove I never used one, can I copy them my hard drive or something like that?

    Join the club. We can't help you here you'll just have to wait for support. Good luck calling a lawyer, it'll be pointless. It also doesn't necessarily have to be a bot. They could have found you abusing a glitch, or possible sharing or trading/selling of your account
