[GI] Being charged 595 uri to jump maps

I've got almost 45 thousand jump credits but as of today I am being charged uridium to jump.

Please sort ASAP.

Also sort the rep drone issue, i'm currently sat with level 5 drones that won't level up fgs.

The updates ruined the game so much..

 

The issue is they assigned the Jump Credits to Repair Credits and vice versa. Rushing into Updates really needs to be stopped before the entire community gets tired of the bugs/glitches we are getting with every one of them.

 

And I reported the issue 24 hours ago, but still no response.

Honestly, I am worried about the outcome from all of these bugs.

 

Well this is why D O releases things on or just before the weekend so we get to suffer with the problems while they enjoy their time off. You might get a response early next week.

 

Well, previous update made some big bugs in the game. This update brings even more bugs

I really don't know what is going on with DO team..

 

They have never made a change to the game that has not had many issues with the Launch, why should they ruin a perfect record? Can you imagine what will happen when they Launch the EiC Update? We all knew we were going to see more problems when they launched the S.C. just like we knew we were going to see issues with the A.S. this is just the way D O runs the game. If you watched the TWITCH Stream you knew we were going to see problems, when they launched on 2 servers ONLY they knew there were issues that were going to appear and just wanted to see if they were MAJOR or MINOR before making the changes to all servers.

 

I am sorry, but I don't know what EiC update is that? I have not been playing this game for some time, have just been following it on my free time, and recently started with new account.

Although I have no idea what are those updates, I guess they will bring new bugs in the game if they don't fix the existing ones first. It is good that this event started only on two servers, but I don't understand why it went live on all servers the next day, when it obviously had bugs? Really can't understand that..

 

This last Update is the first stage of the Equipment in Client Update where they are going to remove the Hangar System from the Back Page and add it to the Maps instead, there is a >FEEDBACK Thread< where you can read all about our feelings about it.

Our apologies for the delayed response. Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. These issues have been passed up. Not sure if you have contacted Support about the AdvanceJumpCPU charging for urdium yet, but perhaps clearing cache and relloging could have helped.

As for the Drones not receiving points to Level, we ask if you could try leveling your drones with any of the Original ships like the original Goliath/Venegence or a Leonov.

I just tried my AJP and was not charged uridium for using it.

 

Cheers Deter, seems by changing to basic goli with no design does level drones up.

Not ideal though especially as im losing honor or exp by not being in the design i want but at least it works.

As for the jump creds i think they are just mixed up with repair creds as said earlier by 'HelpMeHelpYou'.
