    I wanted to know is the number of Abide I and Steadfast III NPC's always the same on the BL maps because sometimes there are a lot of them and usually in the nights the are barely any just impulses and attends.

    There is no official NPC count for the BL Maps.

    Abide and Steadfast spawn from the Strokelight, if nobody shhots it, it just produces more npc.
