[GI] bought hangers and ships

cannot find the ships to put in hangers i have all the skins for the golies and also a hanger with the vengies but i bought a lennov and another hanger but cannot find the ship i bought any ideas where i need to look im kinda lost here i have 5 hangers but i need the ships to fill them i looked in inventorys but nothing resembling any lennov

 

sorry i havent been on in a while i did in fact find the lennof and placed it in the hanger hall just was not looking in the right place

 

Ships do not appear in the inventory. When you first access the Hangar (with the picture of the ship on right side of page) you will see a ALLOCATE button with arrows going each direction under the picture. The more ships you have that have not been allocated the more times you have to push the arrows. Make sure you are on an EMPTY hangar (has a red dot on the number) before you hit the ALLOCATE button or else you will sell the ship in the hangar. I actually have all 10 hangars and ships in every one of them (just need the equipment so they are ready to fly) but I have a Phoenix (for messing around in), Leonov (for home map advantages), 2 Vengeances (Lightning and Pussat), Goliath (for purpose of using designs), Aegis, Spearhead, Citadel, Yamato, and DefCom. I have all the extras for all the ships along with the rocket launchers, just need the guns and shields and PET stuff so I do not have to change anything except the configs for Hunting, collecting, or PvE'ing, but a lot of this will be in the ship I am using instead of the config needing to be changed.

 

why my doubler box permanent removed?

 

was your doubler part of subscription? d.o. used to blacklist subscriptions if payment method failed. if this is the case , you need to contact support to resolve this. hope this helps.

 

I had doubler permanent , but on 2th march I wanted to buy rebate but wrongly I bought doubler , asked them if they can swap it to rebate but they couldn't .... so ok np for the money , but I want to know why my doubler is gone now?
