[GI] Box Doubler

Do'nt know if this is in the right section but here goes.Just curious about the doubler.When I box will it show twice in description for when you pick stuff up hence the doubler or will it be just a doubled reward and only show up once?Not sure now looking how I worded it but I thought that once you picked up an item from a box it would just show a repeat of the item when the description comes up.Thanks for any help on this.

What it does is it doubles the contents of a box. It doesn't repeat it twice, it just shows in total what you got.

Assuming you're at standard box loot and no by Bio or Pet Protocols, you'll see messages like this;

You received 200 Uridium (Originally 100.)
You received 2 Extra Energies for the Galaxy Gate Generator. (Originally 1)
You received 10 MCB-50 Laser Ammo. (Originally 5)

Those are some examples you'll see.

My tip to you for boxing is to head for the Lower Battle Maps; 4-1, 4-2, 4-3 for boxing. As boxes in those maps will provide with 50% more Bonus Box loot.

 

Just to confirm Wing is right it will show double the amount on 1 log

 

Yep, double the amount on 1 Log. Not 2 logs.

Before all of the PET protocols and other BOOSTS (except bio) they did have the box post twice. Since the addition of all of the extra boosts they decided multiplying the fractional number before rounding was more economical for D O than to give the extra to the player (e.g. 4-x EE box would give 1.5 rounded to 2 twice now it gives 3).

 

Thats what I thought HelpMeHelpYou I haven't had a doubler in awhile so I was expecting to see box's post twice.Just came back from a long layoff and things have definitely changed A LOT Thanks for the input.
