[GI] Broken ship

My ship is totally broken, I have so many issues with him and zero help from DO support
- Finished many Zeta gates for 1 Year and I got 0 Havocs !
- Spent on keys 300 000 U plus gateway Keys (only in last 2 Hellix LF4 day events) and got 0 LF4 !
- My ship collects a minimum Uridium on 4-3 map and all other maps (Spearhead Icicle with 12 G3N-7900 speed generators with promerium, 12 salvage protocols, droneswheel formation, skil luck I 2/2, skil tracktor beam II 5/5, auto-looter Level 3)
- I didn't get a bonus codes from DO (verified my email, subscribed to newsletter and checked all my emails, including spam folder)

 

1. Unlucky mate keep doing Zetas and you will get your dream Havoc I did 9 havocs in a row and I received nothing After 10th I finally got one
2.Once I had 100 keys and on helix day I manage to get 6 designs and 9 lf4's, other day I had 200 keys and get only 1 lf4 during helix event. Just keep searching for boxes
3.What do you mean a minimum ?? If you use a click bot or some illegal programs as far as I know back in the days it was announcement that after collecting for long time bonus from boxes will get reduced ?? *I might be wrong on this one.
4. About the bonus codes I think they are send randomly to people who subscribed to newsletter, so sometimes you might received one or not... *I might be wrong here as well hope someone correct me =)

Oh don't hype up the problem more than it is.

How many Zeta gates have you done? "Many" does not tell us anything. Remember, Dark Orbit thrives on the "Chance" factor, which basically sucks. But on that note, you can't do 10 and think you should have 10 designs automatically.

Listing the uridium amount makes it look like a lot but 200 keys do not guarantee getting anything of value. I have used over a thousand keys in 3 1/2 years and only gotten 1 LF4 out of it. Big whoop. I will normally not even bother with it, and not buy any keys. Its there just to get you down anyways, as it is apparently doing.

What is the minimum your collecting? How much time are you spending out there? Your ship and formation have nothing to do with it or your implied issue. You may need to get out of the battle map and do something else for a while. As mentioned above, after you have been collecting for a while, the amounts drop as a way to force players to go do something else besides box all day/month/year...

Most players, me included, never see emails from the game. The only emails I ever get are response emails from support after I rattle off about the videos that are "provided" to give us an extra 100 uri daily. But as one who is close to the company pointed out in another post, the emails are sent out random by the system. There is no team to say, send this, send that, or we don't like this player so keep the player in the dark with no codes.

I do feel your pain in all of this. Some players seem to roll in the "Luck" and get designs and lasers left and right, while others, like us, feel the pain, and feel it deep. Happy Flying...

 

Are you flying a Phoenix or a Bigboy DO has a better chance element to it on regards to GG Have fun...enjoy

 

Thanks to all for answers. I'm probably one of the few players on Global America who do NOT use any bots or programs. I know, there is a chance, which is not guaranteed, but my account is literally frozen and every chance of normal development is cut off! I wrote to support for these issues, but got only copy/paste answer, without any real check on my account... I'm really disappointed and for now will stop playing DO

I did not play DO one month, but the situation with my account is the same when returned and never got an answer from DO, how this is possible!
- Finished many Zeta gates for 1 Year and I got 0 Havocs! (Now is 1 year and 4 months)
- Spent on keys 300 000 U plus gateway Keys (only in last 2 Hellix LF4 day events) and got 0 LF4 ! (Now is 500 000 U in 3 Hellix LF4 day events)

 

After you have spent 1,500,000 Uridium (1000 keys) in ONE DAY then tell us how many LF-4's you have. Using 100 keys is a drop in the bucket for collecting anything worth while. You still have not specified how many "MANY Zetta gates" is. Some players have not been able to get any Special Reward after 20 Gates but by the 50th gate have full Havoc and a dozen LF-4's (there is no GUARANTEE with a CHANCE Reward).

You don't like your LUCK, you don't like the GAME, then don't play it, or complain about things you do not want to clarify for us.

The chances of getting havoc design from Zeta gate are random and you have to be lucky enough to get one as far as the booty key goes same thing applies to them as well. Hopefully your luck will change in future. Good luck to you in advance.
