[GI] BSGO voucher

I stopped playing a while back, just came back today and was getting into things. Joined the discord server only to find out there was just an event for the shutdown of bsgo (which I also used to play) which gave a new account on DO stuff?

So I logged onto my old bsgo account and saw the message with the registration link, but the code (BSGOGENERAL) wasn’t there nor the prompt to redeem it. Yet when I go to the page on the bsgo forums it says the codes are valid until the 31st. I tried registering an account using the link and applying the voucher but it didn’t work. Overall I’m really confused.

 

It probably got canceled early. Hopefully a mod will see this soon; I think you posted in the wrong section.

Well, if it is still showing in on Battle Star Galactica it is still good.

1. you have to get new email.
2. you have to make account in BSG
3. once you make account on BSG it will give u the code
4. It will ask you if you want to make an account On Dark Orbit hit yes
5. It will re direct you to the log in page on DO
6. Make new account with new Email
7. chose the server you want to play
8. when you have decided the server go to Vouchers and enter the code there
you will then get the new ship with all the gear.

 

Had same issue here! Had spent enough $$$ on BSGO then find out it is closing down then find out the voucher code they gave me didn't work...

So where does that leave us now? Probably out of pocket & out of luck I will guess. (On top of that all my characters on DO have disappeared in the 6 or so months I was unable to login for which sucks really hard!!!)
