[GI] Can some one explain me about this new assembly option?

from where i get plasmide scrap and so on...?

 

Best Drop Rates atm are:

Scrap = Uber Mordons
Plasmide = Boss Sibelons (i think?)
Prismatium = Kristallons and Boss Kristallins
Mucosum = Sibelonits

 

For an Overall Overview here are all collectible ores used in assembly and from where they can be get.
All ( normal , boss, and uber ) aliens stated below has a chance to give respective ores. Drop chance is affected by the strength of these aliens ( uber > boss > normal ) expect for pirate aliens which are just normal.

Scrap = saimons and mordons
Mucosum = lordakias, sibelonits and lordakiums
Plasmide = devolariums and sibelons
Prismatium = kristallons and kristallins
Aurus = pirate aliens
Schism Crystals = finishing Delta, Kuiper or Kronos gates

The post above this one is correct, however the scrap drop rate has been immensely reduced. You will need to kill quite alot of Saimons and Mordons to be able to collect the scrap you need to build something.
