    You may just have to wait. Sending 5 messages will not help your case only prolong the problem, I expect that with the lunch of the new pro tool bar that support area fixing issues and bugs.

    Hello $inner,

    Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. Once a user messages Support they will need to continue the matter through them. It may take up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer. They would appreciate you patience :)
