[GI] Can't log in to game page.

It seams that it locks up after I hit the start button. 4 min. still not hooking me up.

Took me a few times to send support a message. was given me error messages.

 

Game server has broken. they will initiated Maintenance.

GA2 is the same.
I went back to the email sent out for the current event; clicked the 'Play Now!' button and manually logged in. My main account was accessible as far as the backpage was concerned. Client would not load (25% on the bar).
I quit the client and tried going to another server (GB2 and GE7) ; which seemed to hang trying to load the backpage.
I also tried the GA server and was able to switch to that backpage, but the client there would also not load (25% on the bar).
In addition, I was able to switch servers for:
GA3
USA (East Coast)
USA 3 (East Coast)
each of these displayed the backpage, but was unable to show a client screen loading past the ~25% mark.

I had the issue last week where the loading bar(yellow) would get all the way to the end where it would normally turn green. Today the LOADING (yellow) bar: gets to a 1/4 and never goes any further . Cleared everything, Restarted, turned off Security, Tried different browsers and nothing.

So twice in two weeks now and last week just magical started working after working with support for a whole day, we could not figure out what happened to have it start working again out of the blue.

 

this is an aesy way to destroy our boosters ... keep buying new ones ,,play 1 hr ..get disconnected for 4 hours and bye bye boosters !!

darkorbit are you really like this , i want a full refund on my boosters !!!

 

Looks like this has already been resolved. Client loaded up (GA2).

 

some booster never drained when you log off. dun worry about it.

were now game server has restored. get on there quick :l

 

Just got in but 1/2 the screen is white so still can't play. Did for a few was able to do the daily mission before this happened.

I believe the issue lies in the Flash Player and I hit the REFRESH/RELOAD button of the browser address bar and it usually proceeds to give me the green "START" button.

There have been some recent server fixes which lead to the server restarts, have logged in to play Global America and have not experienced any lag. Please let us know if this issue still occurs even after the usual Cache/Flash clearing or browser change have not resolved the issue should it be lingering.
