[GI] CBS Module Upgrade

I see deter posting that the prices have changed but they have not and the same price of 280 for lvl 1 to lvl 2 5% chance, from the domination FAQ and the previous posts, it showed as 50, is it just me or it hasnt come into effect in east 1 server

I can confirm that the prices for upgrading battle stations modules havent been decreased yet. It is the same as before.

Am playing on GB1.

ok i rechecked, the hull and deflector prices have been reduces, but every other module are the same price and havent been reduced

Thank you all for assisting with this issue. I've asked around and it seems to be a visual bug displaying the old upgrade price due to it being an "old obtained" module, but should only deduct the amount of uridium stated in the faq' once upgraded for the modules listed.

Could you please let us know if the upgrade cost deducts the full amount? If so, please do post here so we can further investigate the issue. Providing screen shots and log balances could help.

 

Question to be asked is when was the last time the Caches were deleted as the upgrade system does have some pieces that get stored in the cache to expedite the loading of the page, this may also be part of the reason for the need to do an upgrade to verify the price charged when doing this.

This being said I just did an upgrade and looking at my BALANCE SHEET was charged 380 (do not know why I got 5% discount as I am not Premium) for the upgrade on level 1 to 2 upgrade when the page shows 400 in the Upgrade. This was seen on US3 but on US2 I did get the charge of 50 Uridium even though the page showed 400.

Can you explain this?

The prices will remain the same if they are modules you have had before Domination launch. If you were to upgrade one of them it would deduct the correct amount listed on the faq'. We do not believe they will change the Visual glitch as it's a minor bug. Could you check your logs to see if you were charged the full amount?

 

Funny you say this as I have all of my MODULES from before the EVENT and US2 is reduced but US3 is not. Oh well I don't upgrade them usually anyway.

 

I have made a post about this but I'll say it here as well, all of my base modules are not the correct price and this is not a visual bug, it deducts the full uridium for each and every base module.
I play on GB1.

The issue had been reported and we are awaiting a fix/feedback from the development tech team. You are all still able to upgrade the modules, however should you be charged the full upgrading cost instead of the listed cost on the Domination faq' then we ask that you please contact Support.

Please remember to only contact Support if you were charged the full price, not for the visual upgrade cost bug as the issue is being looked into.
