    I have now been without my level 16 hull and deflector module for 3 months. I have brought it up several times on discord to the team there, and get ignored every time. Please can you tell me when I will get them back as I've payed money to get them both upgraded.

    Hello gogogo_12,

    This issue was addressed on August 3rd in Official Announcements Update on missing CBS modules. As stated in the Announcement some user still have some modules missing, if you are still having this issue we ask that you please Contact Support for further guidance and assistance with the name and upgraded level of the modules you are missing.

    Closing as referred to Support.
