[GI] Charging Rates

    When i make a payment i get charged a dollar extra on every purchase if i was charged 4.99$ but in my account ( bank) it says 6.99 from bigpoint deducted.

    You may really want to put this in as a ticket to Support.

    There is nothing to be done about a financial transaction in the forums.

    Are you sure it's not an exchange rate? If you hover over the item you want to purchase it tells you what you will be paying. Hope it helps if not then support would be best to answer. Enjoy

    I get charged $.02 as an exchange fee when using Pay Pal.
