    OK here is my opinion on chat bans.
    If you don't want everyone to see what i think of the game stop sending out surveys asking players why they quit DO or are they happy with support cause obviously you really don't want to know cause the second we voice our opinion out there for everyone to see the truth about how we feel we get chat ban.
    So obviously the only ones you keep for others to see are the good reviews.
    Speaking of reviews maybe they should put in a review part in the forums for all the new players coming to DO can see how they treat their clients?

    If you feel you were unfairly chat banned or want to know more about your chat ban, please make a post in the Chat Board.

    If you would like to make a suggestion as to how surveys are distributed or handled, then your best option would be to make a post in the Update and Idea Pool
