[GI] Chat in GB2 down for me...

    I'm in the US but play in GB2. I see the US servers have been having issues w/ chat. As far as I know I wasn't banned, it's like it's just not connecting. Chat is completely blank...no tabs, nothing. I hit refresh and it keeps telling me connection to server lost. Anyone else having this issue in GB2

    I have it on GE1. I am also laggy, having a latency (only on Darkorbit) of around 10-30 seconds. I'm pretty sure it's from the server.

    Btw, after some time of trying to connect to the chat, I get a message referring to some Security Errors. Maybe it'll go away.

    this has been a couple of days...not getting error messages, just saying connection lost. Sucks not being able to talk to anyone while playing

    Just asking, are you getting latency? I want to know if the latency is because of my computer, as it is clear that the chat is a server issue.

    I'm getting the latency issue on GE1, couldn't complete my gate so i went off, but chat works fine.
    Hope it's fixed before double gg is over !

    US2 and US3 are both dealing with the same issues as above (connection to server lost and error 2048 in the evening) I have not paid attention to the latency as I am only dealing with SkyLab Transfers without the ability to Chat with players. I do lag out very badly if I try to play more than a half an hour or use Kami frequently, seems the more I kill the more lag I get from the onscreen information failing to keep up with the kills/collections. If I want to see what the PET is collecting or my rewards from Booty Chests I need to have the log open also.

    Hello MiseryIndex76,

    Thank you all for assisting the user with their concern. We are currently aware of these issue at the moment and hope to have further feedback from Support regarding this issue.

    As of this Moment US and GB chats seem to load as we have just tested this. We ask if you could please clear your Cache/Flash or try using a different browser if this issue still persists.

    However, if you had the Authorization Failed message then you will need to contact Support with your IP Address. For future reference regarding Chat loss please refer to the Current US-server chats-down again thread for further updates on this issue.

    Please bear with us as your patience is greatly appreciated.

    Closing as answered/referred to Support if necessary.
