[GI] Chat Not Loading(checkedsettings)

    When i play on my laptop i can resend and chat to messages , but when I'm on my desktop it just won't load up and i have checked my settings , Liam using safari btw Version 9.1.2 (10601.7.7)

    Chat hasnt worked here for a couple weeks,simply wont load,sometimes the refresch button on chat box appears,sometimes it wont,but doesnt work when it is there

    Depending on what error you are seeing there are 2 different ways of correcting the issue. This >thread< is where the official information is at. There seems to be 2 errors that are occuring in the afternoon and resetting upon the server reset. If you are seeing the "Authentification failed" in the morning then you need to send;

    Ship Name
    Server played
    User ID
    IP Address (from internet)

    You will have to be patient for the correction to be made as it can only be done if the chat is up, as @Solid_Eye says.

    Hello xSAVAE_KINGx,

    Thank you all for assisting the user with their concern. Unfortunately it seems the Chat has gone to hide again, this does affect us Moderators/Admins as well. This issue has been previously been passed up will be closing the thread. However, if you had the Authorization Failed message "Not the lettering of the image above" then you will need to contact Support with your IP Address. As stated above please refer to the Current US-server chats-down again thread for further updates on this issue.

    Closing as answered/referred to Support if necessary.
