[GI] Chat problem

    coneection of chat server down again it is saying like this
    {chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}
    The connection to the server was lost.
    i don't know when this game get better lol even i am loosing my conection to the map server every 15 to 20 min as well as lag remain same today

    I call it the new norm and the standard line being given to fix it does nothing for me. I am just waiting for a permanent fix to come down the pipe now. Support says to try clearing catch, and reloading Java.

    Well, Ive done all the cleaning, re logged, refreshed, and even done a reboot as well as router reset and Having tried re logging numerous times the chat server will not connect. Anyone have any suggestions...LOL I'm sure not because I'm not the only one that is experiencing this problem...........

    Hello Nenokkadine,

    Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. Have you tried Clearing Cache, including Flash and Java caches? Have you tried this using different browsers? When you say you have tried everything does that include Ensuring your Flash and Java players are up to date? We know this sounds repetitive, but it's a must to cover all bases.

    If still no luck, you may need to Contact Support regarding your {chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed} issue. Hope your issue is resolved.
