    Hey folks! i want to ask: co-leader has full access to clan just like Leader or no?

    You set access on the members page, but only leader can hand leadership to a.n.other or disband clan

    so Co-leader can't disband or give another member status, so what about editing front clan page? co-leader can do it?

    You can give members status, and yes access to front page is limited, if you go to members, administrate ranks there is a list :)

    Depending on how the clan leader sets up your rights, you can do "everything" the leader does except be the actual clan leader and disband the clan.
