[GI] Client not logging on

have been trying to play for the past week but the client wont work at all just stuck at establishing connection. I cleared the cookies history an memory still nothing works

1) Please update your flash player

How do I verify that I have the latest version of Flash Player? make sure you remove the older version from add remove programs- or programs and features after you done.

2) Clean cache

We might be able to help you if we knew what server you were dealing with. Also, IF you have tried to access the UBA or Refractions you need to send a ticket to support to redirect the account to your normal server.

Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. Have logged into the account and successfully reached the Space map. It did take a while, but got through. Could you follow the advice given above and let us know if you still experience this issue?
