[GI] Cool down boosters

    Hi all, can someone tell me what exactly does the cooldown boosters works on. I have only bought 1 in the past and it didnt seem to do anything. It states 30% quicker cooldown time in ALL ship and design skills. What does all mean? because it suggests more than one thing.

    It works on ship skills / abilities, so stuff like Aegis repair / shield abilities, Lightnings afterburner, Spectrum ability etc. Since the Pusat doesn't have an active ability the boosters will do nothing.

    Ok thankyou OP, I thought it would also work on the tech lab and things like that. You saved me 14k uri lol :) As the description is a little ambiguous. :confused:
