[GI] Country changed

Hi all,


Today I have logged onto my account and I wanted to see the how much the customised PET 'designs' cost but after clicking on the 'Buy' button things were not going good.

A new window pop-up appeared on my screen and at first I was like "how come do I see the prices in EUR rather than GBP like I used to since I created the account in the UK and I live in the UK".

Eventually after clicking on one of the displayed designs I immediately received a new message pop-up in the middle of the screen stating a message related to currency/country change to have a full ability to use the service.


Is this something I should worry about? Is this normal? How can I get it back to where it was cause these prices are way too high :O instead of paying for 330K uri 80(GBP) pounds, its now costs me 99.99(EUR) euros which equals to 90(GBP) pounds..

Any one else experiences this issue?

I had the same problem and I had to write on support. From support wrote me to send them ma ID card. I had to scan my ID card and deleted my photo and number of ID card...They need only to see your nationality ( from what country do you play) and the day of birth, because younger people than 18 years old can not play this game

So try to write on support and give them my example how to solve your problem.

It's a bit weird that they did the change without e-mailing me explaining the country change or requested country change. Thought my account was being hacked/accessed by somebody and they have changed it. :O

You have mentioned about being under the age of 18, I have stated in the account centre that I was born 25/03/1998 (makes me 18 yo) and still have to get ID checked?

Problem now that I have is that I live in the UK (Wales) yet I am from Poland, so will I have to provide them with two separate ID such as;
Polish Passport and British Driving License or just the British Driving License as I live, educate and work here..
