[GI] daily reward error

why scatter laser III not showing up on my inventory after i received my daily reward

 

Try the following:
Log out from game, go in hangar your ship and check in ship, maybe you have option auto equipment enabled.


And please next time if you have issue like this, you need to post UserID and Server where you play, so the server admins can investigate it.

 

There is currently a glitch that is preventing items from being seen in the Hangar IMMEDIATELY. This is effecting all methods of acquiring the inventory. Nothing we do seems to correct the issue except TIME. Maybe we can get @Deter to make a report for the team to look into this for us as we are seeing this more than ever lately. I had the issue with a PET Protocol I purchased and it finally showed up the following day after several attempts to get it added to my INVENTORY (not just the available equipment) all of the logs, including the one from SUPPORT showed the PURCHASE but the item was not in the INVENTORY, took over 12 hours to finally see it.

It may show up after the server reset. Do a complete relog and let us know after the reset.
