[GI] DAMAGE IS NOT RIGHT

I have noticed that the damage my ships does is smaller compare to alot of guys. With double boosted damage, infection,full havoc( drone fully leveled) , all 10 drones fully upgraded lvl 16, goli with damage design and drones with 35 lv16 lf4 , fat laser and sep, im still having almost all of shots only do damage in the 60k to 80k region with x4 alone, only few times ever hit 90k. How is it i have everything maxed and still not hiting as hard as others. Is this damage right or am I getting the shaft. hitting 64k with all that seems low even for the rng shots , i know some people hit over 100k with x4 alone so what gives, i never shot 100k with x4 alone and everything is maxed for damage wise. A 5% kappa booster would make a slight damage bonus but def wont get damage to 100k nor would it bring the ave damage i do to 90k
