[GI] Difficulty Watching Ads for Skylab

I play predominantly on my MacBook Pro, and I really want to take advantage of watching ads in Skylab to speed up my material transfers, but my laptop won't allow the advertisement to come up. I have disabled pop-up blocker, and I don't have any ad blocking software installed other than what is already installed on the computer stock. Does anyone play on Mac and have any knowledge of how I can watch these ads to speed things up? Thanks!

 

This is an ongoing problem that everyone is dealing with. These are controlled by third parties and D O has "NO CONTROL OVER THEM". It is not just the SkyLab but all Videos for Item/help that are failing. The only thing you can do is attempt to get one to work and be thankful you get one out of TEN videos to pay off.

Yes, I've tried using safari on mac and just tried Chrome on PC, and will continue to try other browsers. The Chrome on PC was able to play one video successfully (the drone ad); however, all subsequent ads (all for an airline in the form of a YouTube video) will run, but offer no reward for their completion, regardless if I allot additional time after the completion of the ad, click on the advertiser's website link, etc. I'm real bummed it's not working properly, it sure would help me make some money faster if I could skip some time.

 

The Airline has an issue with the "continue" bar (green stripe on top of frame) If you hover your mouse over the top right corner about 1 inch in it turns to a hand click and it will thank you for viewing and pay you. IF you get sent to another page you are too low it is just at the top of the ad frame.

I have found that some of the times I can get an ad by right clicking the box select "reload" 13 times then click "view frame source" spend a minute reading the source close the page and then reload and I MIGHT get a working video (more failures lately than I used to). I used to report NEW issues until they started reporting back the issue is ongoing and there is nothing they can or will do about it. I have been trying for 6 months to get this fixed and have had others tell me it has been going on for years. I am actually surprised this is still open as these are usually closed as a "KNOWN ISSUE" and most of my posts in them are deleted no matter if they were there to assist or not.

Browsers, computer cleaning and even changing computers have failed to show any difference.

Good luck they delete mine and usually delete any feedback I give to the poster if not my thread.
