    Man i emailed support so long ago since event basically ended, why they taking so long to reply to me?

    Hello Petrify-xGEMINIx[GUN],

    We always advise players to give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer. With the issue of Domination rewards "missing" due to changing clans after the event started has caused Support to back-up with a lot of tickets. We could imagine a clan of 50 members with lets say 15/20 joined after the event was released and they did not receive their rewards. Those 10, 15, 20 users would send in a Ticket.

    That is just 1 clan on 1 server. Can we image 5 or 10 clans from 1 server? Thats 50 to 100 users which end up to be 100 tickets from 1 server regarding that issue alone, not including general Support related issues. If you add up the amount of EN servers that are Supported plus the fact that it takes time to Manually check each account for their "Join Date".

    We're sorry if this is not the answer you were expecting, but it's the reality of the issue at the moment and you will need to wait for your ticket to be addressed.
